What would you do with 600 billion dollars?

That’s the current cost of the war in Iraq. With the world population being around 6,674,945,550, would you give everyone 89 dollars? Would that be enough to buy peace?
Personally, with 600 billion dollars I think you could make room for negotiations. Hell you could even fix a mismanaged government framework. I think you could also frame a house out of compressed one dollar bills and still have enough to take care of country.
If you laid a one dollar bill end to end it would circle the earth 2,281 1/2 times. if you stacked the dollar bills on top of each other they would wrap the earth 19 and a half times. You could even make a chain of one dollar bills and lasso the mars phoenix project back to the earth, when mars is closest to earth at about 36 million miles. Now that would just be showing off.
