They emailed me instructions on how to remove it. And lo and behold, it was a copy paste job (word for word) of these instructions. Here's my copy/paste of the email: Dear Kevin, How are you doing? I hope everything is well on your end. As per your request via chat here is how to remove the mail notifier from your computer. 1. Go to your start menu and click “run”. 2. enter “regedit” in the open box and click OK. 3. click edit and select find from the drop-down menu, a panel should open up enter in the text field “gcnotifier” and press find next. 4. You will see on your right the location address to “gcnotifier.exe”. You can either write this down or open up your hard drive from the start menu and follow the path that is in your regedit screen as stated below.
