The H8ers Club

One of my friends, had to pick up some groceries the other day. So she decided to goto Stop & Shop, a local grocery store where I live. She was walking into the store and their was a booth with a sign overhead that said “Take a 5 minute survey and save 10 dollars”. My friend, being frugal like myself, thought save ten dollars for five minutes sure.
It was a H1N1 survey, of course the the sign doesn’t say this it just survey get money.
Here are some of the questions that were on the survey.

1. Do you think pregnant women and young children are at greater risk from H1N1 vaccine?
2. Did you know that the department of health has a website and do you use it?
3. Did you know that about 3-4 free clinics for H1N1 vaccine, that do not require ID or health insurance?
4. Do you have any chronic conditions and what are they?
5. Did you get the vaccine and where did you get it?
6. Where do you get health information of H1N1 virus?

Of course this wasn’t a survey on a clipboard which she could fill out, the lady at the booth filled it out.
You know these are simple questions except “Do you have any chronic conditions and what are they?”. What the hell does this have to do with the price of rice in china.
And then for here to get here “free” money. She had to sign it. She had to sign a survey? Of course, she chicken scratched the signature.
When the hell have you ever had to sign a survey? I really wish she got a copy of this survey.
I am not a conspiracy theorist, but come on.
